Hello, and thank you for visiting my website.
I’m a qualified Humanistic Counsellor based in Stockbridge, Hampshire—conveniently located between Winchester and Andover.

I offer compassionate, professional support for a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges. My areas of interest include bereavement, maternal mental health, narcissistic abuse, childhood trauma, and approaches like Polyvagal Theory and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I work to the highest ethical standards and am fully insured.

My counselling approach is person-centred and led by you.
This means you choose what we talk about and set the pace of each session.

I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore what’s troubling you—whether that’s anxiety, loss, relationship issues, or past trauma.

Together, we’ll work in a supportive and collaborative way to help you understand your feelings and find a way forward that feels right for you.

Areas which I have experience working
with are:

  • Alcoholism
  • Anxiety
  • Attachment issues
  • Depression
  • Disordered Eating
  • Domestic Violence
  • Misscarriage & Still Birth
  • OCD and compulsive behaviours

Counselling in a peaceful, private setting
My counselling room in Longstock is set in quiet, rural surroundings—with views of the river, open countryside, and nearby farmland. It’s a calm and welcoming space, designed to help you feel at ease. Free off-road parking is available for your convenience.

I also offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation. This gives us a chance to talk briefly and see if we’re a good fit. It’s important that you feel comfortable and supported, and that I’m the right counsellor to meet your needs.
