I offer a safe, supportive space to talk through whatever is on your mind. While I welcome all topics, I have a special interest in bereavement, narcissistic abuse recovery, childhood trauma, maternal mental health, and Polyvagal Theory.
As a humanistic counsellor, my work is rooted in person-centred therapy, which means you set the pace and direction. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you, helping you to feel heard, understood, and empowered.
