If you’re looking for counselling in Hampshire, I offer a warm, confidential space where you can explore whatever you’re facing, at your own pace. My practice is based in Stockbridge, Hampshire, and I work with clients from Winchester, Andover, Romsey, Salisbury, and the surrounding villages.

I offer counselling for a range of concerns, including bereavement, trauma, relationship difficulties, maternal mental health, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. Sessions are available in person, as well as online counselling via Google Meet, for those who prefer support from home.
